Cancellation & Refunds

LA King Art Jewellery does not allow returns or refunds for any reason. However, we do allow exchanges within 7 days after delivery. We will allow you to swap your item for one of equal or more value if you are unhappy with it for any reason. Only jewellery can be exchanged for other jewellery. You must first ask for a return number for your shipment if you are returning a product for a manufacturing defect or a ring sizing problem. LA King Art Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. A copy of the original sales receipt or order number is required for every item. Make sure your name, address, and return authorization number are printed clearly on the outside of the package before mailing it to the address listed in the instructions you get from lakingartjewellery@gmail.com

Upon delivery, LA King Art Jewellery will get in touch with you. The jewellery being returned must not have been harmed or subjected to excessive wear and tear during the previous seven days, according to our quality inspection team. All products must be returned in the same state as when they were sent.
